Laurent is a Frenchman adopted Kiwi, but he lives all over the world with his New Zealand partner, Andrea Hewitt. Racing triathlon is his calling, his job, and the thing that without a doubt drives him everyday. He doesn’t only compete. He is living an intense unconventional outdoor lifestyle. Admittedly, it’s a bit of a strange concept. But it’s honest – he loves to discover new landscapes, to meet new people and to explore mother nature in speedos, on bikes and running shoes.

He considers training and racing as an art and he works a lot with feelings/instinct. Always enthusiastic to share thoughts, he is hunting the perfect performances in the most prestigious worldwide triathlon events. His pursuit of athletic excellence pushes him to continually evolve his vision, while reminding him of the importance of living with humor, compassion and curiosity.
