• 6.45am - Gold Coast Tri – age groupers
• 9.45am – ITU Junior Women – 3 lap cycle, 2 lap run
• 11.00am – ITU Junior Men – 3 lap cycle, 2 lap run
• 12.15pm – Elite/U23 Women – Oceania Cup - 6 lap cycle, 4 lap run
• 2.30pm Elite Men/U23 – Oceania Cup – 6 lap cycle, 4 lap run
